- As part of the team you will be working closely with clients, and it is therefore critical that you can establish trust and credibility quickly to build effective relationships.

- You will be a problem solver, creative thinker, and self-starter, who is organised, proactive and inquisitive. Ideally you will already have been involved in Transformation projects and can demonstrate the value delivered to organisations with which you've worked. You should be comfortable in managing a team and juggling multiple deadlines.
- You will contribute to client proposals and presentations and our clients will see you as a trusted advisor to work closely with them in identifying, analysing, and solving their business challenges.

Requirements
Do you have a valid Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales certification?, Do you have experience in Project management?, * Finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT etc.) Desirable but not essential.
- Solid & demonstrable PQE experience with an established portfolio of work experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong academic record: preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree (such as finance, accounting, business management or data analytics)
- Good understanding of finance processes and what 'good looks like' (e.g. across financial planning & analysis (FP&A), record-to-report (R2R), procure-to-pay (P2P), and order-to-cash (O2C))
- Able to use knowledge of 'good practice' to identify processes gaps, and analyse the impact and work with more senior team members to propose solutions to address these;
- Ability to work in cross-functional project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive change in complex environments.
- Strong project management skills, with some experience of delivering transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
- Good written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Good client relationship management skills.
- Must be a team player, able to work in virtual teams and independently.
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated.
- High proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).Demonstrate and operate in line with RSM's core values of excellence, teamwork, integrity, respect, and stewardship.
