What You'll Do
- Assist senior technicians through hands-on on-site support activities
- Handle incidents and service requests with guidance or following SOP's
- Perform PC and mobile device staging (imaging, enrolment, tagging, testing)
- Support laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads and other workplace devices
- Conduct routine meeting room and AV device check
- Install software when remote installation is not feasible
- Perform basic CMDB / asset updates during deployments and replacements
- Support printer-related basic issues
- Escalate complex issues with proper documentation
- Follow defined processes and SOPs consistently
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new tools, technologies and support models
Requirements
- Foundational troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of endpoint hardware, peripherals and mobile devices
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, Office 365, ITSM and other workplace applications and tools.
- Awareness of HAM concepts (asset tagging, CMDB updates)
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, SOPs and security guidelines
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts is a plus
- Flexible shift readiness
- Fluent in English and French
- Driver's license preferred
