Integration Specialist (Acquiring)

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for an Integration Specialist to oversee integrations and APIs. You'll make recommendations to offer features that elevate our customers' experience.

In addition, you'll create technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases so they can obtain the most value.

What you'll be doing

• Understanding merchant requirements, and communicating how Revolut can solve their business and technical challenges
• Planning and executing integration engineering end to end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation together with our customers
• Serving as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our customers, partners, and Sales team members, * Krakow: PLN9,300 - PLN12,400 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN9,300 - PLN12,400 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience

Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 1+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, Implementation Agent, or Tech Support Agent in a payment provider (such as Stripe, Mollie, Braintree, Paypal, Checkout)

• 1+ years of experience in customer relations/support or sales
• A relevant university degree
• Knowledge of PHP, Javascript, and/or Python
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup
• Experience partnering with product teams
