Job description
You will be joining the Finance Systems team. In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Transformation Manager, contributing to the team's mission in administering financial systems and driving project management initiatives., Ensure the daily level one of our financial tools (i.e. ERP Netsuite, EPM Pigment, purchase, expense or travel management tools) including :
- Support: Manage or escalate the users requests to next levels
- Administration: Monitor applications, manage workflows and configuration
- Data management: Collect, organize and maintain financial master data
- Optimize functional process whenever possible
- Project Management and Transformation (Build)
- Project Analysis and Design: Gather and analyze the Finance team operational needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications, in coordination with Ledger's technical experts
- Project Delivery: Contribute to end-to-end projects from the initial selection phase through the implementation of new financial systems (including the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UATs) and change management), their ongoing maintenance and support
- Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for both new and legacy system processes, including training guides and FAQs, to empower users to self-serve.
Requirements
- A proven track record (e.g., 3+ years) in project and administration of financial systems. Practical knowledge of a Tier 1 ERP system is essential (experience with NetSuite is a significant plus).
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting / financial principles
- Strong technical grasp of data flow, system integration, and automation logic
- Demonstrated ability to connect business requirements and technical architecture within a complex digital environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong ability to communicate with financial stakeholders and technical business partners
- Autonomy, rigor and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement are key
- Being fluent in both French and English
