Professional Services Specialist

• Lead planning and execution for assigned OpCos.
• L2 support; coach Juniors and manage escalations.
• Present integration patterns; guide implementation & mapping.
• Define test strategies and acceptance criteria; coach OpCos on testing.
• Run status meetings and stakeholder updates; manage risks/issues.
• Enforce best practices (security, compliance, data quality, reusability).

Core Competencies

• Technical: solid grasp of patterns (sync/async, pub/sub, bulk), API lifecycle, basic observability and C# / .NET.
• Professional: stakeholder management (operational/management), prioritization, scope negotiation.
• Process & Quality: oversee change, release, and test management.

KPIs / Success Metrics

• % integrations delivered on time/on scope, first time right. Mean time from issue
• resolution (L2).
• Quality: lower defect density in SIT/UAT.
• OpCo adoption of SPARK capabilities., The role - Your daily activities will be interesting, stimulating and varied... No two days are alike!

Do you have experience in C#?, * At least 4 years in integration/consulting.

• Experience with project coordination, test strategy, stakeholder management.
• Able to handle multiple OpCos in parallel.
