Own and be accountable for the build, operation & maintenance of packet core platforms in our innovation labs including inputting to delivery plans, integration of platforms.

Collaborate with cross functional teams within Mobile including Design, Operations, Development, Quality Assurance & Leading technical discussions and investigations across mobile core networks.

Drive effective incident, change, problem, risk, and vulnerability management. Tracing network issues and investigating dataflows using network tools available (CNOM/Wireshark/NetScout/ENIQ)

Drive and maintain alignment of the Test Environments with reference to the live EE network

Champion and drive continuous improvement for the service that we offer to our key stakeholders - Test, Design and Operations. Promoting and encouraging effective automation solutions for our mobile core.

Work co-operatively with other business communities and third parties, to improve service performance, quality, and customer experience.

Lead the config changes with CICD pipeline and drive the successful implementation with the sanity checks performed
Requirements
Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * Expert level knowledge of Packet Core Networks / Cloud Networks
- Hands on Experience on Ericsson Mobile Cloud Core Networks - MME, PCC, PCG, EPG & DNS systems.
- Demonstrate 5G / LTE architecture, call flows and knowledge of protocols such as BGP, PFCP, GTPv2, Diameter, SIP.
- Experience of OSS tools and tracing systems (e.g. CNOM, ENM, Netscout)
- Good understanding of Kubernetes administration activities & troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network security vulnerabilities, firewall implementations.
- Experience in coding languages (Python, Perl) & Automation CI / CD Pipeline.
- Experience of implementing reliability engineering, and automation for patching, deployment and maintenance activities.
