Job description

· Maintain high performing Project Planning, Delivery, and internal IT System in line with Departmental Project KPI's.

· Ensure accurate reporting of Project Delivery to Support staff to enable them to effectively support after project completion. Establish Service improvement activities when required to aid in the support of delivered projects.

· As owner of the Project, you will take ownership of project related incidents and snags ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to customers and post project review.

· In line with KPI's ensure Discovery Meeting is completed for each project.

· Hands-on experience in configuration and roll out of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and Microsoft Intune for device and endpoint management.

· Ensure Projects are tasked appropriately in company systems.

· Key resource in delivery of projects.

· Project quality checks to be completed following each project and sign off obtained.

· Customer satisfaction survey to be completed after each project.

· Swift Project turnarounds within agreed KPI's enabling quicker billing upon project closure.

· Suggest improvements of project processes including implementing changes in our internal CRM / Helpdesk System.

· Be accountable for the quality of Service and Performance of staff working delivering the project.

· Manage the Project Budget providing feedback for too little / too much time allocated from the sale.

· Manage Monthly Project hours delivered and supply report to the Finance department for budgetary purposes.

· Drive internal and third-party supplier service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and process.

· Identify skill gaps within the Service Department.

Other Duties

· Regular Meeting with Service Desk Team Leader

· As a senior member of staff, be a role model and leader for the Service Team

· Actively participate in Service Desk resolution when Service Desk is under pressure.

When doing so:-

· Provide remote & onsite technical support

· Ensure all support tickets are logged in our Service Desk system with regular progress notes

· Keep the customer regularly updated with issue resolution progress

· Work in collaboration with colleagues on major incident recovery

· Proactively identify potential problems and issues on customer sites

· Identify opportunities to implement improved solutions

· Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate the ability and desire to go 'above and beyond' for our customers

· Share technical knowledge and contribute articles to the knowledge Base

· Complete research, testing, and development on imminent technologies

· Engage in ongoing training and gain technical qualifications

There is a requirement for the successful candidate to recognise this and adopt a flexible approach to work although core hours are based around a 9 - 5 working day including breaks.
