• Strong experience in 3rd-line support
• Ability to build Power Apps and work confidently with ERP, ideally Epicor data
• Familiarity with Microsoft security stack including Defender, MFA, and Conditional Access
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
• Experience managing MSPs, including SLAs and ticket quality
• Knowledge of baseline cyber frameworks such as Cyber Essentials and ISO
• Proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX fundamentals
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms
• Experience in application development with Power Apps or equivalent low-code platforms
• Knowledge of REST API integration and UX best practices
• SQL literacy, including views, joins, and performance awareness
• Understanding of manufacturing concepts such as BOMs, routings, and work centres
• Comfortable documenting systems and creating repeatable runbooks
