Job description

This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading technology and consumer electronics company, in managing and delivering digital content campaigns, product catalogue updates and online marketing initiatives across their retail online store operations.

The project needs a consultant who can:

  • project manage delivery of online marketing campaigns and product launches, managing project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure high-quality go-live execution
  • collaborate, communicate and coordinate stakeholders across global teams, and
  • serve as a subject matter expert for digital content management and eCommerce publishing processes.

Key services:

The key services that you will be asked to provide are:

  • Develop and execute project launch plans for digital content campaigns.
  • Validate campaign assets and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate, communicate and coordinate across global teams including marketing, design, technical, localisation, and QA.
  • Provide reporting on project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
  • Participate in post-release analysis to improve future project delivery.
  • Advocate for process improvements and best practices within digital content management.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have experience of providing digital content campaigns and eCommerce project management expertise, on a large-scale, global online retail project?, * Degree in business, project management or at least 5 years of project management or digital content/product catalogue management experience.

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale marketing campaigns across the globe.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong influencing skills with experience of collaborating with and co-ordinating global cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self starter able to navigate ambiguity with attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality output.

Optional Requirements:

It will also be advantageous if you have:

  • A working understanding of web and publishing technology tools (HTML, PHP, Photoshop) and digital asset types.
  • Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
