IT Technician

· Providing hardware and software support to end users across the business.

· Installing, configuring, and maintaining software on both client and server systems.

· Offering on-site support at various locations as needed.

· Proactively monitoring key systems and resolving or escalating issues before they impact operations.

· Investigating and resolving technical incidents, escalating where appropriate.

· Identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating with project managers to implement them

· Assisting with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

· Logging and reporting issues, with recommendations for long-term solutions.

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, We are looking for an IT Technician with around 1-2 years' experience to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who has a solid grounding in IT support and is ready to build on that experience. You will spend most of your time providing high-quality end-user support, while also gaining exposure to 2nd line activities, infrastructure, and project work alongside senior engineers.

You will be supported, encouraged to learn, and given the opportunity to progress as your skills and confidence grow., · Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is advantageous.

· Strong desire and ability to learn new technologies and systems.

· A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.

Essential

· Windows Server 2016

· Windows 10

· Basic networking knowledge

· A full UK driving licence is required for travel to external sites

· Willing and able to obtain a minimum of SC clearance. To be eligible, you must have lived continuous in the United Kingdom for the past 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
