Job description

  • A Growth Lead to join our Commercial Operations team reporting to the VP Business Acceleration & Growth Culture. You will steer and collaborate with all Performance&Care markets as an internal advisor, to: Steer the strategy and execution of transformation projects related to AI & digital solutions to enable commercial teams to work better, faster
  • -> i.e. P&C PoC for CRM rebuild; GenAI rollout; Microsoft migration;
  • Grow topline & market shares through right commercial capabilities, Tools (Growth Dashboards) & Governance (Win Room Implementation);
  • Accelerate value capture through designing P&Cs Go to Market Strategy including: Customer Segmentation, Channel Management, Key Account Management, Pricing Strategy, NPS, Sales Incentive structures, etc;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the P&C organization to identify pain points & opportunities, develop & implement solutions, and measure actions impact - with an iterative approach.
  • Develop & leverage advanced understanding of markets, products & customers.

As a Growth Lead, you will drive sustainable transformation and deliver tangible impact through:

  • Supporting to Business Acceleration programs & projects run at Performance&Care level:
  • Perform sophisticated quantitative analyses (e.g. market & customer dynamics, pricing & volume trends), literature research (e.g. benchmarking: competition, products), and interviews
  • Structure & synthesize information, driving actionable insights & recommendations
  • Help formalizing presentations & documents;
  • Animate workshops and team discussions;
  • Collaborate across functions & teams (e.g. GBUs, IT/ AI, Finance, HR);
  • Supporting internal team activities (e.g. knowledge management, recruitment, team & people development…).
  • Supervising, coaching & developing junior resources in the team (Business Analysts, Interns).
  • Building a personal network of influential partners within the Group.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, at a top tier Institution.

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, commercial operations or comparable growth focused roles in a global, top-tier corporate environment (e.g. Industrial, technology, FMCG).
  • Strong track record in forming and leading high performing teams.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Marketing Campaign in CRM) or eCommerce in Industrial context is a plus.
  • Experience in solving complex strategic problems in fast-moving, high-performance environments.
  • Leverage Data Insightfully - Demonstrate outstanding data analysis (Excel as table stakes, complemented advantageously by SQL/ Python/ Scripting/…), data visualization (Excel/ PowerPoint complemented by Tableau/ PowerBI/…) and problem solving skills (problem structuring, synthesis)
  • Master Storytelling - Turn data into compelling narratives & actionable insights
  • Navigate Organizations & Stakeholders - ability to work collaboratively in an international environment, adapting to different counterparty styles & preferences
  • Deliver Projects - Workplan, Identify & manage risks, and deliver on-time, on-quality
