Job description
We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience Product Manager to join the entertainment product and UX team. The ideal candidate will drive the user experience strategy, ensuring our product meets user needs while aligning with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing to create intuitive and engaging user experiences., Vision: Determine both the product vision and strategy for the user interface for the set-top box, ensuring consistency with other platforms (web, smartphone, smart TV) Collaborate: Work with all essential stakeholders, internal and external, to achieve high-quality decisions and outcomes Storytelling: Showcase product vision, features and functionalities in presentations, customer facing material, and company internal documents Lead Product Development: Lead as product owner the product development process of your product area(s) across ideation, design, UI/UX design, product development, launch, performance management and central lifecycle management Analyze Performance: Evaluate product performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design and product management.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product management role in agile software development
- Preferably experience as product owner/ product manager in TV Set-top Box software development
- Proven background and experience in hands-on product development - show us your product!
- Passionate about developing best-in-class products that delight customers whilst excelling in quality, simplicity and ease-of-use
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Attention to detail, specific, customer centric
- Stress-resistant, able to handle the pace and time pressure that comes with fulfilling a product development role in a global, prominently externally visible corporate like Infosys
- Strong communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills to be able to work with software developers, software architects and product managers, designers and business analysts
- Ability to bring specific clarity to ambiguous situations and to act decisively
- Team player, skilled in maintaining close ties with other stakeholders whilst delivering results
- Fluent spoken and written English, ideally other European languages as well
