Job description
The IT Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations to ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across all environments. This role involves implementing best practices, managing incidents, enforcing change management processes, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to maintain compliance and operational excellence. (Employment Type: 6-months contract)., * Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of systems and services.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to detect and resolve issues before they impact users.
- Manage incident response and root cause analysis, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurring issues.
- Enforce structured change management processes to maintain stability and minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams, including Security and GRC, to meet SLAs and support compliance (PCI, SOC2, SOX).
- Drive innovation and cost-efficiency by managing the IT operations budget and evaluating new technologies for continuous improvement.
