  • Governance & Controls Set up and run programme governance, reporting, and control frameworks suitable for executive oversight. Manage RAID, track milestones, and escalate risks with clear mitigation strategies.

  • Stakeholder & Executive Engagement Act as a senior advisor to executives, translating complex delivery detail into clear, outcome-focused insights. Lead key decision-making forums and ensure decisions drive long-term value.

  • Systems Integrator & Vendor Management Coordinate SI and third-party partners, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to contractual obligations. Monitor dependencies (including with the People Fusion programme) and intervene to protect programme outcomes.

  • Change, Adoption & Readiness Provide strategic leadership on change and adoption activities to support successful deployment. Advise on approaches that enhance end-user adoption, data quality, and process efficiency, and assess organisational readiness for go-live.

  • Excellent planning, organisation and co-ordination skills.
  • Deep understanding of finance and procurement processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, and Reporting.
  • Demonstrable success in global companies.
  • Strong governance expertise, including budget stewardship, milestone management, and experience with delivery frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional communication to build relationships and manage stakeholders and influencing skills, with credibility at C-suite and Board level.
  • Strategic thinker with delivery capability and ability to problem solve creatively.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments, adaptable, resilient, decisive, and pragmatic.
