Job description

As our new HR Systems Administrator (HRIS) you will support the on-going maintenance and development of business-critical HR Systems. This includes incident and problem management, high quality and accurate reporting and providing support for on-going projects and system improvements. As our HR Systems Administrator (HRIS), you'll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HR systems used within the organisation.
  • Run and distribute the weekly and daily reports to the business as required.
  • Update and maintain all support system documentation and the Sharepoint to ensure accurate information is available at all time.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees by creating new user accounts when required, as well as supporting resolving user accounts issues with IT Service Desk.
  • Manage incidents and problem tickets raised, ensuring clear communication and resolution within the timeframe agreed.
  • Support further development of the HR systems to ensure that business processes are aligned and optimised. This includes supporting critical system maintenance such as the half year releases and HRSP's.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * An understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee data management.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex HR processes.
  • Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Excel, Tableau or similar platform.
  • Experience with ServiceNow would be desireable but not essential.
