Junior SAP EAM Consultant

Join Capgemini as a Junior SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant, where you support clients in optimizing their maintenance and service processes using SAP solutions. You work closely with experienced consultants and help translate the business needs of maintenance and service departments into functional IT solutions within SAP EAM.

You participate in implementation projects and support the configuration, testing, and delivery of SAP EAM solutions, gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow in your role.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Supporting the analysis of business processes within maintenance and asset management
• Contributing to the implementation and configuration of SAP EAM solutions
• Assisting with testing, documentation, and go-live activities
• Collaborating with senior consultants and project teams
• Actively learning about SAP EAM and related modules
• Contributing to high-quality, customer-focused solutions

Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Management, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Applied Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong interest in business processes and SAP solutions; exposure to SAP modules is an asset
• Results-oriented and client-focused, with a high level of commitment and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Analytical mindset with curiosity, willingness to learn, and ambition to grow into a full SAP Logistics Consultant
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, with a passion for new technologies and change
• Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
• Innovative, proactive, and eager to grow within a team-oriented consulting environment
