Junior SAP CRM Consultant

Join us as a Junior SAP CRM Consultant and start building your career by supporting clients on their transformation journey towards a more successful, sustainable, and innovative future. You will work alongside experienced consultants and gain hands-on experience in SAP CRM and related technologies, while developing both your functional and consulting skills.

For several of our customers in the Flemish region of Belgium, we are looking to strengthen our CRM team with a motivated junior consultant. In this role, you will support the analysis of business requirements, contribute to the implementation of SAP CRM solutions, and help deliver high-quality results in close collaboration with senior consultants and the development team.

You will learn how to assess customer needs, apply SAP standard solutions where possible, and support project managers, solution architects, and functional leads throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Support clients in translating business requirements into functional IT requirements
• Assist in the design of sustainable solutions based on SAP CRM and SAP's latest technologies
• Participate in the implementation, configuration, testing, and delivery of SAP CRM solutions
• Support workshops, documentation, and solution design under guidance of senior consultants
• Collaborate closely with functional, technical, and development teams
• Continuously build your SAP CRM and consulting knowledge through training and on-the-job learning

Do you have experience in SAP CRM?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Management, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Applied Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong interest in business processes and SAP solutions; exposure to SAP modules is an asset
• Results-oriented and client-focused, with a high level of commitment and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Analytical mindset with curiosity, willingness to learn, and ambition to grow into a full SAP CRM Consultant
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, with a passion for new technologies and change
• Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
• Innovative, proactive, and eager to grow within a team-oriented consulting environment
