Job description
The Implementation Consultant's role is to support project teams in the implementation of new clients onto the CloudPay platform. As part of CloudPay's payroll implementation team, the Implementation Consultant will work closely with Project Managers and Payroll Subject Matter Experts/In Country Providers and work collaboratively with CloudPay global payroll operations teams., * The Implementation consultant will work closely with Project Managers and will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, payroll system configuration and testing
- This is a high-visibility client-facing role which requires acting as the client's main point of contact for payroll-specific queries arising at any point of time during the implementation life cycle
- Understanding of payroll is a must to be able to review and validate the client's payroll details for completenes
- Quality of information provided, as well as to perform gap analysis between the client's current payroll and CloudPay's payroll platform
- Ensuring the payroll review processes are followed and parallels and handover documents are signed off on
- Ensures that testing of development work is thorough and is signed off by clients
- Transitioning newly implemented projects to the Regional Operations team by documenting the payroll setup specific to each implementation and shadowing the Operations team during the project stabilisation period, * Experience with different payroll platforms in the setup phase and operating phase of payroll, especially Sage, Meta4, Highline, Oracle, SAP
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects, including new business, process development, partner and vendor management.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to all levels of business stakeholders
- Achieving results through 3rd parties and vendor / partner management skills
- Cooperating with multiple agencies that are not under the job holder's direct control, * Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results

Requirements
Do you have experience in Sage?, * Proven experience in payroll processing or HRIS implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and document client requirements, as this role would frequently act as the conduit between client user groups and IT Engineering (development & testing) teams
- Experience in the implementation of payroll and/or HR solutions
- Knowledge of how a business operates and achieves profitability
- Knowledge of different international payrolls and statutory requirements
