Communications Specialist (Data Quality)

• Create and maintain visually appealing presentations to communicate data-quality metrics and progress.
• Update, structure and maintain Excel documents and data-quality trackers.
• Support process documentation and propose small improvements to workflows.
• Follow up with various data domains to ensure actions are completed on time.
• Build simple automations (Macros, Power Automate or similar) to streamline tasks.
• Promote a data-driven culture and act as an advocate for trusted, high-quality data.

We are looking for a Data Quality Communications Specialist to support a large digital transformation program. The ideal professional excels at communication, presentation creation, stakeholder alignment, and preparing clear, visually engaging materials. Knowledge of data or data-quality concepts is a plus, but not essential. The priority is strong communication and organizational skills., * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
