  • Ensure fleet visibility, compliance, and reliability at scale

Automation & Reliability

  • Identify operational toil and eliminate it through automation
  • Build scripts and workflows (Python, Bash, no-code when relevant)
  • Improve reliability, security, and internal IT experience

Governance & Security

  • Audit and reduce Shadow IT
  • Secure Google Workspace (access, policies, governance)
  • Contribute to a security-by-design approach across IT operations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Shell Scripting?, * Fully onboarded on LumApps & Beekeeper IT environments

  • Clear understanding of identity, fleet, and access architecture
  • First automation wins delivered
  • Active contributor to IT operations, with regular alignment with Loris

First 6 months

  • Ownership of IAM and MDM workstreams
  • FleetDM migration well underway or completed
  • Reduced manual access/device operations
  • Clear documentation and improved IT reliability

First year

  • Identity and device management fully standardized
  • Measurable reduction in operational toil
  • IT foundations ready to absorb future acquisitions
  • Recognized as a key technical pillar of IT Operations

What we're looking for

Must-have

  • 5+ years experience in IT Operations / SysAdmin / DevOps
  • Strong expertise in IAM, ideally Okta (Workflows, APIs)
  • Solid experience with MDM (FleetDM or similar)
  • Automation-first mindset with pragmatic judgment
  • Strong ownership and ability to operate autonomously
  • Fluent English

Nice-to-have

  • Linux expertise in engineering environments
  • Experience in post-merger or fast-scaling contexts
  • Security-oriented mindset without blocking the business

The profile that will thrive here

  • Senior IC who enjoys owning complex systems
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and prioritization
  • Security-conscious but pragmatic
  • Prefers impact over titles
  • Wants to build long-term, scalable foundation
