IT Systems & Security Manager

At Quatt, we're on a mission to fight climate change, and we need someone exceptional to manage everything related to Workspace IT. If you're passionate about creating secure, efficient systems and want to make a real impact, the role of IT Systems & Security Manager is for you.

What you will do:

• Own IT Operations: You'll manage and maintain our entire IT infrastructure, including devices, applications, networks, and security.
• Streamline Account Management: Develop and implement processes for managing accounts across all systems, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee App Management: Provision and configure application accounts for new hires, deactivate accounts for departing employees, and ensure everyone follows security best practices.
• Lead Tech Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect against breaches, and conduct training sessions to keep our team informed and secure.
• Manage IT Expenses: Keep an eye on costs associated with IT platforms and services, identifying ways to optimize usage and stay within budget.
• Support Workspaces: Oversee employee workspaces, ensuring laptops and IT equipment are functioning properly and efficiently managed.
• Product Owner for Internet: Take charge of any issues related to our Internet provider and connection, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Innovate: Continuously brainstorm and implement ideas to improve internal processes and support our growth.

• Experienced: You have 5+ years of experience in system administration and application management, with expertise in both Windows and MacOS.
• Security-Minded: You've developed and implemented tech security strategies and protocols in previous roles.
• Proven Track Record: You've successfully managed IT infrastructure and software applications, ideally in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Project Manager: You have strong project management skills, especially for coordinating application deployments and upgrades.
• Impact-Driven: You're passionate about making a positive impact on the world and contributing to the fight against climate change.
• Independent & Resilient: You're not afraid to take initiative, make mistakes, learn, and fix them.
• Eager to Grow: You're full of energy, eager to learn, and ready to grow with us.

• A competitive monthly salary, excluding holiday allowance (8%) that we pay on top of your monthly salary.
• We like to see you! We are flexible in when and where you work, but we encourage you to come to our vibrant office in Amsterdam multiple times a week.
• Whenever you come to the office, we cover your travel costs, either by car or with a NS business card.
• Recharge with 25 paid holiday days a year to contribute to our mission in a healthy way.
• Work abroad for up to 1 month per year to visit family and friends and escape the Dutch weather.
