Manager IT Engineering

In this role you will be responsible for;

• manage, coach, and develop engineering talent to foster growth and performance;
• improve processes and collaboration across discovery and delivery phases;
• safeguard technical excellence by promoting best practices (e.g., CI/CD, DORA metrics, clean code, automated testing);
• ensure sound architectural decisions that balance stability with innovation;
• collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform opportunities and challenges into effective solutions.

• bachelor's or master's level of thinking and working;
• 5-8 years of experience in a technical leadership role;
• strong knowledge of software engineering, IT systems, and process automation;
• experience with lean methodologies, process improvement, and quality management;
• proven experience in technical environments;
• fluent in English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus.

• market-competitive salary based on your knowledge and experience (100-120K per year);
