- Assess infrastructural and cloud platform requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and meeting delivery standards.
- Oversee project delivery, including basic project management tasks and hands-on support for technology adoption.
- Ensure the quality of delivery, encompassing adherence to original requirements, design, security, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
- Design and implement solutions across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, optimizing Verder Group's IT landscape for efficiency.
- Identify infrastructure patterns and translate them into scalable solutions to streamline delivery processes.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance current and future implementations.
- Develop and implement governance tooling, such as monitoring, reporting, and technical guardrails, to ensure conformity and efficiency over time.
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and you bring 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure.
- You possess significant expertise with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, (Azure) Active Directory, and you are familiar with the Microsoft Modern Workplace concept.
- You demonstrate substantial experience in identity management, hosting, and infrastructure rationalization.
- You are fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
- You hold certifications such as ArchiMate/TOGAF and Microsoft.
- You exhibit strong analytical abilities.
- You display a proactive attitude towards self-learning and a readiness to embrace new technologies.
- You are capable of guiding colleagues and partners through processes of change.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse languages, cultures, and time zones.
