Job description

We're seeking a dedicated and organised Project Support Coordinator to join our team in the UK Industrial and Commercial Gas Metering and Utilities market. This role involves overseeing the full customer journey from sales through to project delivery. The successful candidate will manage client interactions, handle quotations, oversee project management via CRM, coordinate with suppliers and installation providers, and ensure the seamless delivery of all services., Client Interaction: Generate and provide client quotes. Maintain ongoing communication and support for customers. Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Project Support: Create and manage projects within the CRM system. Support project progress Supplier Coordination: Request and manage supplier quotations. Prepare and place purchase orders with suppliers. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services from suppliers. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals and contracts. Support sales activities and help drive customer engagement. Operational Administration: Handle invoicing and ensure timely project completion administration. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related activities.

Requirements

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. Strong Organizational Skills: Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Efficient in workload management and prioritizing tasks. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in handling project details and documentation. Adaptability and Multitasking: Flexible and capable of handling a dynamic work environment. Ability to switch between tasks and manage different aspects of the project efficiently. Autonomous Work: Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members. What you'll need

Previous experience in a project support or coordination role, preferably within the Industrial and Commercial Gas Metering sector. Proficient in using CRM systems and project management tools. Understanding of the gas utilities market and related regulatory requirements is advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
