Job description
- Support the day-to-day operations of systems within the group to service our brokers
- Provide cover for the internal helpdesk and conduct on-site visits using knowledge of the Acturis broking application software
- Develop and maintain a high level of business application product knowledge
- Manage the helpdesk by providing user support on system functionality and procedures
- Offer email and telephone support to all customers regarding system functionality
- Develop and maintain learning and support materials
- Analyse user training needs in relation to new software releases and procedural changes
- Assist the Head of Systems with projects to improve Acturis processes
- Maintain comprehensive records of support tickets using the helpdesk application
- Support with administrative tasks such as new starter processes
- Own the Onboarding process for Acturis builds, ensuring correct automation and implementation of broker system needs
- Monitor and implement continuous improvements of the system
- Visit brokers requiring more comprehensive support with the Acturis system

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years Acturis experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft products
