- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

We are Applause IT, and we are looking for a driven End User Hardware Sales Specialist to join our growing specialist sales team. Located in a hybrid setup in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, this role offers a competitive base salary between £30,000 and £32,000 plus commission, with an OTE of around £50,000, alongside a full benefits package.
In this role, you will work with over 4,000 existing mid-market customers across various industries, providing expert advice and solutions on end user hardware, licensing, and peripherals. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to progress their sales career within the fast-moving IT and cybersecurity industry. You'll have the chance to build strong relationships, proactively engage with existing customers, and support them in selecting the best technology solutions for their business while hitting sales targets and enjoying uncapped commission.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a targeted sales environment.
- Experience in IT sales and/or an IT-related qualification.
- Strong knowledge of current laptop technology.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
