Job description

  • You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring long-term solutions are implemented effectively.
  • Providing advanced troubleshooting support for escalated incidents from Tier 1 will be part of your role, showcasing your expertise.
  • Analyze and resolve software, hardware, and networking problems across diverse systems as needed.
  • Perform remote installations of cloud-based telephony systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Deliver training and onboarding support to users, ensuring optimal utilization of hardware, software, and services.
  • You will investigate and resolve end-user technical issues while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

  • I require experience in supporting internet products such as ADSL, VDSL, FTTC, FTTP, SoGEA, and Ethernet.
  • You should possess strong knowledge of IP networking, including DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, and VoIP.
  • Proven ability to configure, install, and troubleshoot routers, wireless access points, and Wi-Fi protocols is essential.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications PBX systems such as Panasonic, Samsung, and Horizon is important.
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are also necessary.
