Job description

  • Triage support tickets as the first step in escalation
  • Provide break fixes and recommend solutions based on customer needs
  • Liaise with senior engineers and pre-sales to advise on resolutions
  • Support customers with IT services, cloud, security, comms, etc.
  • Manage support for customers with approximately 25-200 seats
  • Engage in new projects and assist with digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in a managed service environment
  • Technical knowledge across private cloud, Azure cloud, and on-prem managed services
  • Familiarity with M365 and managed print services
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
  • Ability to triage support tickets and provide recommendations
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with senior engineers and customers
  • Experience administering Azure services or logic apps is a plus, but training will be provided
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
