Job description

  • In this role, you will engage in several projects focused on Wi-Fi, on-premise data centres, and cloud solutions. Our goal is to drive improvements and uphold good practices while ensuring that our existing legacy infrastructure remains stable. Your duties will include providing incident and problem resolution support and implementing standard service management exercises, which may occasionally involve out-of-hours work. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial as you will interact with employees at various levels of the organization and third-party suppliers. Additionally, you'll conduct network monitoring using tools such as BMC Entuity, Wireshark, and NetScout.

Requirements

  • We seek candidates with problem-solving experience and strong analytical skills, alongside the ability to think critically, creatively, and independently to resolve issues. You'll need to demonstrate excellent planning and implementation methodology, along with familiarity with ITSM processes. A solid understanding of network infrastructure-including Wi-Fi, on-premise data centres, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/OCI), next-generation firewalls, load-balancing, and PKI technologies-is essential. Experience with Aruba Wi-Fi/Clearpass or Spine and Leaf topologies/DC-VXLAN (preferably Arista) and proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools is also required.
