CRM / Salesforce Technical Analyst

• Partner with the CRM Business Analyst on solution design and validation
• Own technical CRM delivery across projects and operations
• Translate business workflows into CRM configuration
• Produce and review technical design documentation
• Support system integrations, data quality, and automation testing
• Work with internal IT teams, third-party suppliers, and cyber security stakeholders

• Office 365, We are looking for an experienced CRM Technical Solutions Analyst to be the technical authority across our CRM platforms. Youll work closely with our DevOps Manager and CRM Business Analyst to deliver robust, end-to-end CRM solutions. This role offers an opportunity to assess, design, and validate technical CRM solutions while managing CRM projects through their full lifecycle. • Strong experience as a Salesforce Business / Solutions Analyst or Architect
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (a bonus)
• Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
• Strong understanding of CRM configuration, data migration, and integrations
• Confident communicator with a collaborative working style
