Job description
- Provide deskside, hardware, and software support across Windows 10/11, O365, and Active Directory environments
- Monitor and maintain Windows servers, including patching and resolving alerts
- Troubleshoot user, network, and application issues
- Support AV, networking, and infrastructure hardware
- Work shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off

Requirements
