IT Support Engineer

• As an IT Support Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing first-line support to office users for issues related to password resets, access requests, and login permissions.
• Assisting with queries related to the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
• Managing and assigning administrative access rights according to company policies.
• Escalating complex technical issues to our outsourced IT team when necessary.
• Serving as the intermediary between factory users and the outsourced IT team.
• Ensuring smooth communication and coordination with external IT providers.
• Diagnosing and fixing issues related to our IT services, including CISCO and VPN.
• Liaising with external teams to resolve escalated network issues promptly.

• We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with 1st and 2nd Line support experience, who has also worked in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate should be able to provide technical assistance on-site in Aldgate for 5 days a week.
