Job description
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses, Procurement, and Financial Reporting)
- Act as the primary functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finance, translating business requirements into robust solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud
- Define and maintain finance system governance, internal controls (SOX), data integrity, and security frameworks
- Collaborate with integration and technical teams to ensure seamless interoperability across enterprise systems
- Lead system upgrades, release management, regression testing, and change impact assessments
- Develop training programs and change management materials to drive user proficiency across Finance teams

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, IS, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in finance systems and Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud with strong functional expertise across all core Finance modules
- Proven track record of leading full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations or major ERP transformation programs
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, statutory compliance, and reporting frameworks (IFRS, GAAP, SOX)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP configuration, workflows, role-based security, and financial reporting tools (OTBI, Smart View, FRS, BI Publisher)
- Familiarity with chart of accounts design, subledger accounting (SLA), and intercompany processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly desirable: Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Specialist)
- Experience with integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or EPM Cloud
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
