Job description

Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant looking to make an impact? We are seeking a mid-level consultant with expertise in Recruiting (ORC) and Learning (OLC) modules to join a dynamic team supporting a leading travel industry client. In this role, you will provide production support, implement minor enhancements, and ensure smooth operations of recruitment and learning processes.

You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Oracle Fusion HCM technology, collaborate with technical teams on integrations, and contribute to high-quality reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Learning modules.

Analyze and resolve issues related to candidate lifecycle, requisitions, offers, approvals, and career site branding.

Support Learning module activities including course setup, enrollments, notifications, and compliance tracking.

Perform minor configuration changes based on business requests (workflows, templates, notifications).

Assist with quarterly patch testing, regression testing, and feature opt-in analysis.

Develop and maintain OTBI/BI Publisher reports for recruiting and learning analytics., Document changes, update configuration workbooks, and provide knowledge transfer to business users.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (requisitions, CSW, offers, templates, approvals) and Oracle Learning Cloud (courses, offerings, notifications).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for production support.

Experience with HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

Knowledge of quarterly updates and regression testing processes.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Oracle certifications in Recruiting and Learning modules preferred.

Experience in HR processes within the travel or related industries.

Basic understanding of OIC integrations and REST APIs.
