Job description

  • Providing IT support to internal staff in conjunction with other members of the team
  • Installing and configuring network equipment
  • Maintaining network hardware infrastructure
  • Designing and planning upgrades
  • Managing and maintaining Windows desktops and mobile devices
  • Escalating issues where needed
  • Assisting with ad-hoc IT projects
