• Experience in 1st Line Support responsibilities
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
• Skills in Hardware Troubleshooting
• Experience with Printer Configuration and Maintenance
• Familiarity with License Management
• Ability in Data Analysis and Reporting (e.g., Power BI Dashboards)
• Basic SQL skills
• Exposure to Shopify and its programming language (Liquid) is desirable
• Understanding of PHP best practices is a plus
