Job description
- Oversee the implementation of infrastructure, networking, and telephony initiatives
- Manage service providers and serve as an escalation point for issues
- Ensure adherence to incident, problem, and change standards
- Govern SLA/KPI metrics and conduct contract negotiations and reviews
- Manage demand intake and prioritization for resources
- Escalate incidents, problems, and changes while ensuring continual service improvement
- Ensure compliance with data governance and support cyber security controls
- Enable strategic decisions regarding sourcing and technology approaches
- Advance cyber maturity through zero-trust, continuous monitoring, audits, and certifications
Requirements
- IT Manager experience in IT infrastructure/operations
- Experience within the PropTech/property management/property development industry
- Familiarity with new builds in remote locations
- Collaboration experience with service providers and MSPs
- Understanding of networks, Wi-Fi/5G, telephony, and communications rooms
- Knowledge of SLA/KPI governance
- Skills in contract negotiations and reviews
- Experience in demand intake, prioritization, and resource planning
- Proficiency in incident, problem, and change escalation
- Familiarity with ITSM best practices and continual service improvement
- Experience in data governance and compliance
- Support knowledge of cyber security controls
- Capability to make strategic decisions on sourcing and technology approach
- Understanding of Microsoft modern tech stack
