Solution Architect

• As our Solution Architect, you will support our Government Client by solidifying the programme scope and ensuring coherence with other programmes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and maintaining the "All Views" diagram to explain the Programme's scope and composition.
• Working with the Lead Business Architect to develop the Target Operating Model (TOM) and mapping it to the Programme's outputs and the customer's capabilities.
• Collaborating with the Capability Delivery Assessment team to define the mapping between the Programme's outputs and the customer's capabilities, thus defining the contribution to the vision of Capability Owners and associated benefits.
• Ensuring alignment of the Programme with the Enterprise's objectives by supporting the Enterprise Design Authority.
• Partitioning the work into coherent themes, ensuring each theme possesses a clear purpose, objectives, roadmap, and definitions of done.
• Working closely with Programme personnel, Business Change Management, Enterprise Design, and the wider business to integrate Ways of Working and Change Management.
• Assuring that the changes brought about by new ways of working are understood and successfully implemented within the business to realize planned benefits and outcomes.
• Participating in Red Team reviews and remediation activities as necessary to keep projects on track.

The role is based in London, with the flexibility to work remotely if desired. However, there will be a requirement for monthly overnight travel to Exeter (one day per month).
