IT Support Engineer

• You will assist the IT department with daily operations.
• Your specific roles will include providing office PC hardware and software support.
• I expect you to engage in ad hoc IT-related project work as needed.
• You will be involved in script writing and macro debugging.
• Optimizing Excel workbook formulas will also be part of your duties.

• I am looking for someone with at least 3 years of working experience in IT support.
• You should have experience in 1st and 2nd line PC support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA are required.
• Experience in SQL query writing is necessary.
• You should also have experience in script writing using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell., This is a full-time position located at our head office in West London, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
