Job description
As Systems & Technology Manager, you'll own and deliver systems and technology projects from concept through implementation and optimisation. You'll work closely with teams across the business to translate requirements into practical solutions, lead system rollouts, and ensure systems perform well once live.
This isn't a purely strategic or theoretical role you'll be rolling your sleeves up, analysing data, managing suppliers, improving processes, and helping colleagues get the best out of our systems every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and delivering systems and technology projects end-to-end
- Managing multiple initiatives across software, systems, and process change
- Using Excel and data analysis to track performance, build reports, and identify efficiencies
- Updating rates, analysing existing customers, and supporting the commercial team with data insights
- Translating business needs into effective technical solutions
- Leading system testing, deployment, documentation, and user training
- Managing third-party suppliers and driving value, performance, and cost control
- Owning systems once live and continuously improving how they're used
- Supporting colleagues with IT issues, and supporting the IT onboarding process
Requirements
Do you have experience in Data analysis skills?, This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role perfect for someone who's technically curious, strong with data and Excel, and enjoys being close to the detail while owning outcomes end-to-end., You don't need to be a developer, but you do need to be practical, analytical, and comfortable working with systems and data., * Proven experience in a hands-on systems, technology, or business systems role
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, including data analysis, reporting, and modelling
- Experience delivering projects involving systems, technology, or process change
- Confidence working across multiple systems and software platforms
- Experience managing external suppliers or service providers
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You'll also be someone who:
- Is naturally curious about how systems and technology work
- Enjoys problem-solving and improving how a business operates
- Is hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-focused
- Is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Enjoys supporting and guiding others through system change
Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant technical or project qualifications are desirable but not essential, * Systems, technology : 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Degree or qualification in relevant field (preferred)
