You should have a proven track record of leading large software teams (up to 40) and delivering enterprise-grade applications. Hands-on experience in architecture, system design, and deployment practices is essential. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering tools is expected. You should have a strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and experience in improving team performance. Awareness of secure coding principles and automated code quality practices is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and guide teams effectively are crucial.
