Job description

  • As a Project Manager, I will be the driving force behind the delivery of complex IT projects, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and ensuring seamless transitions from onboarding to BAU support. My key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of IT projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and building lasting relationships
  • Collaborating with Sales, Service Desk, and Engineering to translate Statements of Work into actionable plans
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance delivery and reduce order-to-cash timescales
  • Proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies, while supporting audits and compliance reviews
  • Motivating and guiding project teams to deliver outstanding results and maintain strong stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • We are looking for a delivery-minded individual who takes ownership, leads with confidence, and continuously seeks ways to improve performance and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Prince2 Practitioner (desirable)
  • APM PMQ (desirable)
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
  • MSP experience required
  • Proven experience managing IT service delivery or infrastructure projects in a managed services environment
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., Halo) and network/security practices
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, SLAs, and service desk operations
  • Commercial awareness with experience in ROI, business cases, and benefit realization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Benefits & conditions

This is a permanent role, offered on a hybrid working arrangement from Birmingham, with a salary range of £65,000 to £70,000 plus a bonus.
