Customer Solutions Design Specialist

• Capture detailed customer technical requirements and translate them to detailed solution design
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), managing technical direction and determining optimum solution designs for customers
• Manage review and validation processes for new developments and in-life products and services
• Drive improvements in design and delivery capabilities for end-to-end technical solutions
• Manage customer solution design engagement and statement of work creation, including third-party deliverables
• Facilitate development of strong customer relationships at the senior level
• Undertake customer migration planning and implementation
• Resolve complex solution and service issues, leading root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Identify potential risks and implement controls and mitigations while ensuring compliance
• Deliver thought leadership in complex bids and agree on strategic approaches as part of customer solution design

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Technical expertise with the following technologies: Cisco Catalyst, Cisco DNA Centre (DNAC), Cisco ISE
• Desirable experience in firewall design, implementation, and configuration
• Detailed knowledge of Wi-Fi deployments using Ekahau for predictive and APOS assessments
• Proven ability to deploy configuration from designs
• Understanding of post-sale customer requirements as outlined by Pre-Sales
