Job description
- In this role, you will design and implement a strategic enterprise architecture framework that aligns with both IT and business objectives. You will set clear technology standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the development of innovative technology solutions that meet current business requirements and ensure future scalability and security. You will build and maintain a comprehensive, long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals and priorities, and guide project teams throughout design and implementation phases to ensure compliance with established best practices. Collaboration with senior business and IT leaders will be key to gaining a deep understanding of operational processes and technological needs. Additionally, you will provide coaching and support to IT teams for compliance with enterprise architecture standards, maintain detailed documentation of architectural frameworks, work closely with cybersecurity teams, and anticipate potential risks within technology solutions while implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in the IT field, including a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior architectural role. You should have demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying enterprise architectures within large, complex environments. A strong understanding of key architectural domains, including business, application, data, and technology architecture, is essential. In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, particularly TOGAF, is required. Experience using architectural modeling tools such as ArchiMate or Sparx is preferred. Familiarity with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern integration technologies such as APIs, microservices, and SOA is also necessary. Candidates must hold SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
