BAM UK&I are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of the MyTime Time & Attendance project on a 8 month FTC. The role is responsible for end-to-end project management of a Time & Attendance implementation, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery to time, cost, and quality., The ideal candidate will bring strong Time & Attendance domain experience, ideally with Workforce Software, and proven experience integrating Time solutions with Payroll systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central Payroll or comparable enterprise payroll platforms. This role is critical in ensuring MyTime supports compliant, efficient, and automated time capture processes and integrates seamlessly with downstream payroll processing.
Project Delivery & Governance
- Own and manage the full MyTime project lifecycle from initiation through design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Develop and maintain the project plan, milestones, dependencies, budget, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Establish and run appropriate project governance, including steering groups, design authorities, and working groups.
- Ensure alignment with wider HR, Payroll, and ERP transformation programmes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business, system integrators, and software vendors.
- Manage relationships with Workforce Software (or equivalent) implementation partners and internal IT teams.
- Engage HR, Payroll, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, validate designs, and manage expectations.
- Proactively manage change requests, scope control, and stakeholder communications.
- Functional Oversight - Time & Attendance
- Lead and coordinate Time & Attendance requirements including:
- Time capture and approvals
- Shift patterns, rosters, and schedules
- Overtime, premiums, and allowances
- Collective agreements / labour rules
- Compliance with Working Time Regulations and local agreements
- Ensure MyTime configuration aligns with agreed business processes and supports future-state ways of working.
Integration with Payroll & HR Systems
- Oversee end-to-end integration between MyTime and Payroll solutions, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of time results.
- Work closely with Payroll SMEs to ensure time data supports correct payroll calculations.
- Coordinate integration with HR master data (e.g. SuccessFactors Employee Central) including employee data, assignments, and organisational structures.
- Ensure reconciliation, controls, and audit requirements are defined and implemented.
Testing & Deployment
- Define and manage the testing strategy (SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel where applicable) for Time & Attendance.
- Ensure adequate test coverage of scenarios across business units, agreements, and pay rules.
- Coordinate cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities, ensuring business readiness and minimal disruption.
Change & Adoption
- Work with Change and Training leads to ensure users are prepared for new MyTime processes.
- Support communications, training materials, and readiness activities for managers, employees, and payroll teams.
- Drive adoption of standardised and automated processes, reducing manual workarounds.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, Essential
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Time & Attendance implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Time & Attendance processes and controls.
- Experience integrating Time solutions with Payroll systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong planning, governance, and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Software.
- Experience integrating Time & Attendance with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, or SAP Payroll.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations or regulated environments.
- Experience supporting UK & Ireland payroll or multi-country time solutions.
Qualifications
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent) - desirable.
- Experience working in HR, Payroll, or ERP transformation programmes - desirable
