Job description
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to strengthen our IT organization. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, integrating, and improving core IT processes that support daily business operations., * Understand and interpret functional designs based on business needs
- Design technical solutions and process structures
- Create and execute test cases
- Prepare solutions for production use
- Maintain and update technical documentation
- Perform peer reviews and quality checks
- Analyze and resolve incidents and defects
- Perform technical integration testing with connected systems, Within the ServiceNow team, you will work on the automation and improvement of key IT processes, including:
- Asset & Configuration Management
- Service Agreements & Release Management
- Incident & Problem Management
- Continuity & Operations Management
- Future domains such as Vulnerability Management and Pentesting
You will:
- Analyze, design, and test processes on the ServiceNow platform
- Design and test integrations between ServiceNow (cloud) and on-prem/cloud applications
- Translate business needs into clear technical designs
- Solve complex incidents with a focus on operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Strong experience with ServiceNow
- Good understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (or another programming language)
- Strong general IT knowledge
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
- Experience with testing and quality assurance, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, independent, and eager to learn
- Team player with good communication skills
- Practical and results-driven, * Fluent in English
