Job description
This hybrid role (~70% engineering, 30% analysis) combines hands-on cybersecurity implementation with monitoring, incident investigation, and advisory work across global ICT systems., What You'll Do:
- Monitor systems, investigate incidents, and recommend remediation
- Deploy, configure, and operate security tools
- Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with architects and ICT teams on security best practices
- Lead/support security-related projects
- Maintain documentation and operational continuity plans
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies
Requirements
Do you have experience in System administration?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years in network/system administration with exposure to cybersecurity
- Knowledge of firewalls, proxies, email security, Active Directory, Azure/M365, Windows/Linux, virtualization
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, SASE
- Scripting experience (PowerShell/Python)
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of security frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST), Experience with Darktrace, TrendMicro, Fortinet, OT security, or multilingual skills (Dutch-English or French-English).
