Job description
Through our international e-commerce platform, arenasport.com, we are constantly driving direct customer relationships-data-driven, personalized, and always with the goal of inspiring our community for the long term. To strengthen our E-commerce team, we are looking for a Junior CRM & Loyalty Manager (m/f/d) with direct report to our CRM & Newsletter Marketing Manager.
Main activities & accountabilities:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing CRM initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle.
Execute email, newsletter, and loyalty campaigns (e.g., welcome series, reactivation, promotions). Support the setup, maintenance, and continuous development of our loyalty program. Create target audience segments based on customer and purchasing data. Analyze campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, CLV, etc.) and derive actionable insights for optimization. Support A/B testing, personalization strategies, and marketing automation. Work closely with Shop Management, Performance Marketing, IT, and the UX team, as well as external tool providers and agency partners.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Marketing?, Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Communications, or a comparable qualification. At least one year experience in CRM, Email Marketing, or Digital Marketing. A strong interest in data-driven marketing, customer retention, and e-commerce. Analytical mindset with a high comfort level working with numbers. Structured, meticulous, and a proactive "get-things-done" attitude. Very good German and good English skills (Italian is a plus). Experience with CRM or newsletter tools (e.g. Bloomreach, Salesforce, Emarsys, Klaviyo, or similar) is an advantage.
