Job description

The Manager, Talent Enablement & Delivery will play a key role in driving data-informed talent strategies across Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Technology & Functions.

This role combines advanced analytics, strategic workforce insights, and project execution to enable HR Business Partners and our businesses to make better, faster decisions.

You'll translate complex data into executive-ready insights while managing key initiatives that shape how we attract, develop, and retain top talent.

What will you do?

  • Analyse data from HR systems (WorkDay, Tableau, SAP, etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the talent landscape
  • Partner with HRBPs to understand data and reporting needs, translating business questions into analytical solutions
  • Design executive-ready dashboards, reports, and visualisations that translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Move beyond reporting-interpret data, provide context, and surface insights that inform strategic workforce decisions and business priorities
  • Support cross-functional HR projects from scoping through implementation, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned to business objectives
  • Support planning, development and implementation of HR Initiatives and talent priorities, working with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on time
  • Collaborate with Talent Enablement & Delivery to implement talent priority initiatives and drive workforce effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive greater workforce insights and strategic alignment
  • Build trusted relationships across HR and the business, and increase the impact of HR with a focus on workforce insights and enablement
  • Be a key player on a dynamic HR team, contributing to the success of the team by demonstrating flexibility when capacity on the team requires and by bringing forward suggestions to improve processes within the team and the function

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * University undergraduate degree or similar/equivalent and/or relevant experience within HR and financial services.

  • Strong knowledge of WorkDay functionality and reporting.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and formula building.
  • Proficient in business analysis, data analytics and reporting & dashboards.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical mindset and proven ability to successfully partner with others to drive results.
  • Making decisions independently despite uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in time management, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to adapt and change to fit the need of the requests.
