IT Project Manager

• Coordination between different streams to ensure proper follow-up and execution of tasks.
• Interaction with internal and external teams, especially in projects involving the United States.
• Ensure proper planning, tracking, and delivery of assigned projects.
• Preparation of documentation and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, and providing periodic project status reporting.
• Support during transition phases and go-live.

• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end technology projects.
• Experience in corporate IT environments (CRM, ERP/SAP, infrastructure).
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and vendors (internal and external).
• Experience working on projects with the United States, particularly in Supply Chain & Logistics (highly valued).
• Hands-on knowledge of Jira and other project/ticketing tools.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Languages: English and Spanish both required.
